Our ability to produce collagen declines with age, but not all collagen supplements are alike. Even among those which are hydrolyzed or broken down into very small protein peptides (with the help of enzymes) to make them much easier to absorb, there are significant differences in the types of peptides included and their main effects.

Suggested Usage:
