Metagenics 10-Day Program
The Clear Change 10 Day Program provides two types of advanced nutritional support products to take on days two* through ten of the program (*on the first day, you just follow their recommended foods guide [which is quite broad, to start with] to eliminate potentially allergenic foods; the food categories get narrowed, as the program proceeds):

Suggested Usage:
AdvaClear: Adults: As a standalone product, the directions are to take 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
For this particular program, however, it is recommended that you take one or two AdvaClear capsules up to three times a day (depending on the day, as set out in the schedule in the Program Guide).
UltraClear RENEW: Adults: As a standalone product, either blend, shake, or briskly stir 2 level scoops (40 grams) with 237 ml (8 fl. oz.) of water just once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For this particular program, however, it is recommended that you actually take it between two and four times a day, as set out in the schedule in the Program Guide.
Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
Shake container well before each use.
Keep both types of items tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
