Pepsin (porcine): 45 mg / 450,000 FCC PU
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 tablet three times daily, either with or immediately after meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings:
Do not use Metagenics SpectraZyme Metagest if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have excessive stomach acid, gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) or peptic ulcer disease.
