Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 2 scoops per day, or as recommend by your healthcare practitioner. Take it with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Blend (for no longer than 15 seconds), shake, or briskly stir 2 level scoops (=44 to 48 grams*) of UltraInflamX Plus 360° with 237 ml (8 fl oz) of chilled water, juice, or an acceptable fruit (as listed in your national dietary guidelines).
Consume it within 10 minutes of the powder being reconstituted in a liquid.

Warnings:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or following vigorous exercise or acute dehydration. Do not use UltraInflam X with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium containing salt-substitutes. Ensure that you drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have depression and/or related diseases, or if you have liver or kidney disease, diabetes, gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid. If you are over 50 years old, kidney stone formation has been known to occur when taking 1 g of calcium or more per day. Consult a healthcare practitioner to determine appropriate supplementation levels. Hypersensitivity such as an allergy has been known to occur in rare cases, in which case discontinue use.
