Info: 90 Chewable Tablets
A time-tested supplement, ginger has long been used to help relieve suffering from nausea, vomiting, and other symptoms related to an upset stomach, whether due to dietary issues, motion- or seasickness, or medical treatments (including both chemotherapy and operations).
Product Notes:
Ginger may be used nutritional support for a range of other issues including menstrual pain and cramping, and even for joint pain due to osteoarthritis. It may help ease some of the nauseating effects of motion sickness, chemotherapy, or pregnancy (for short periods of time - consult a medical practitioner first, for the latter).
In addition to digestive relief, it can also act as an expectorant that clears out phlegm, as well as an antitussive (cough suppressant), for those suffering from bronchitis, colds, or other congestion.
Ginger contains gingerols and other essential oils with analgesic properties that can help soothe nerves, reduce inflammations (including those associated with inflammatory bowel diseases), and eliminate bacteria in the body (especially zingerone, the chemical compound responsible for the pungency of this root, which is able to target harmful E. coli bacteria).
