Nature's Aid Soothing Gel for Pets is a safe and effective multi-purpose treatment featuring all-natural ingredients selected for their anti-bacterial, anti-itch, and quick-healing properties.

Product Notes:

Since they're usually almost completely covered in fur, sometimes it's easy to forget that our dogs also have skin all over them just like we do, and they're also subject to a lot of different skin conditions, irritations, and minor wounds requiring a bit of TLC to help soothe and heal them, including: cuts, scratches, bites, allergic reactions, infections, and more.

Nature's Aid Soothing Gel for Pets can be used for a wide variety of canine skin conditions, such as:

Allergic dermatitis; allergic or atopic dermatitis; burns (mild to moderate); canine pyoderma; clipper burns; cracked paw pads; cuts and abrasions; dry, sensitive skin; folliculitis (inflamed hair follicles); hot spots* (red, moist, irritated lesions); impetigo (bacterial infections causing blisters, such as on puppies' abdomens); inflammation; injection site reaction; insect bites; mange; outer ear inflammation; ringworm; seborrhoea; scratches or grease heel; sore teats; wounds and welts; and more.

It can also be used on horses, for conditions such as mange; mud fever; saddle sores; sweet itch; rain rot; ringworm; or warts.

And truth be told, it's great for people, too!

Natures Aid Soothing Gel for Pets is available here in two convenient sizes: a 125 ml one for home; and a flat-top 35 ml one (which is 8 cm high) which fits easily into a pocket, purse, or glove compartment.

Of course, sometimes their coats need to be cleaned, too - maybe right after you've taken them to a park or the beach and they've swam or rolled in something. For times like that, having access to a solid bar of a naturally pH balanced shampoo, perhaps kept in your vehicle's glove box or console, can be godsend. These bars, which are about 2-1/2 inches in diameter, lather up easily in the presence of water; last about twice as long as a typical bottle of pet shampoo; and include shea butter to help smooth out and add shine to the fur; aloe vera to help condition it; nourishing oatmeal for the skin; and neem to help deter insects and fleas. Hypo-allergenic and tear free.

Ingredients:

Gel: Aqua (purified water), Glycerine, Aloe barbadensis (Aloe vera) leaf extract (concentrated extract), Hamamelis virginiana (Witch Hazel) extract, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) leaf extract, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea Tree) leaf oil, Allantoin, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Carrageenan, Lecithin.

These ingredients are all plant based and/or naturally derived, and certified non-GMO. This product is paraben free and vegan friendly.

2 in 1 Moisturizing Solid Shampoo Bar: Sodium cocoyl isethionate, Mangifera indicav (mango butter), Avena sativa (oat kernel), Zea mays (corn starch), Aloe barbadensis (aloe vera extract), Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba esters), Azadirachta indica (neem oil), Citrus reticulata (tangerine oil).

Suggested Usage:

Gel:

Apply to affected area as needed – such as when you notice them excessively licking, scratching or biting at an area of their body, and see there is a sore, itchy or inflamed area. (If it is a large or serious "hot spot," you may want to shampoo them to cleanse the skin and even trim some of the hair or fur around the spot, first.)

To apply it, simply massage a dime or nickel-sized amount over the spot, and let it absorb into the skin.

For best results, apply regularly; two to three times a day may be required for a few days to a week, for some issues, such as "hot spots." You may need to use a cone to prevent them from continuing to lick the area incessantly during this time.

Store in a cool, dry location.

2 in 1 Moisturizing Solid Shampoo Bar:

First wet your dog's fur where you want it washed, wet the bar, and run the bar over the length of their coat. Then set the bar aside and massage the lather into their coat, and rinse. Let the bar dry completely after each use, and store it in a sealed container until needed again.

Warnings for Gel:

If condition persists or worsens, consult a veterinarian. If allergy occurs, discontinue use immediately.

This product is not marketed for use on cats, particularly for anything but very short term use, because although it would work on their skin, too, the tea tree oil it contains may build up too much in their (but not dogs' or horses') systems, over time.
