Want a fish-oil style product to help control cholesterol levels, reduce arthritic pain, and/or reduce painful periods - without it tasting like fish or going rancid too quickly? Neptune Krill Oil (NKO) has been shown to be able to just as good or even better than fish oil at raising vital DHA and EPA levels, and it's also a lot more stable.

Product Notes:

You've no doubt heard that essential fatty acids can have many important cardiovascular and brain health benefits and may even have tried some fish oil products to provide them, but may have reservations about their taste, purity, or sustainability.

Fortunately, there's this perfectly viable and arguably superior alternative: Neptune Krill Oil, which comes from tiny abundant shrimp-like crustaceans in pristine Antarctic waters, that are so abundant that  collectively, they outweigh humans!

Not only does NKO have a balanced fatty acid content (not only Omega-3, but also some Omega-6 and Omega-9), but also two important factors (astaxanthin and phospholipids) which provide antioxidant protection and help fortify cell membranes so they can function efficiently.

NKO has also been shown to be more stable than some conventional fish oils, thanks in part to the natural preservative effect of its astaxanthin content: a carotenoid that not only provides its colour, but is also a powerful immune-supporting antioxidant.

Krill-plex Ingredients:

Each softgel capsule contains:

500 mg Neptune Krill (NKO®) Oil (body oil from Euphausia superba), providing:
- 74 mg EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid)
- 33 mg DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid)
- 248 mg Phospholipids
- 198 mcg Astaxanthin

Non-medicinal ingredients: Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, sorbitol, ethyl vanillin).

Neptune Krill Oil is manufactured under strict quality control standards. It is tested to be free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants (i.e., mercury, heavy metals, PCB's, dioxins, and other contaminants).

NKO® is a registered trademark of Aker BioMarine Antarctic AS (who acquired it from the 2017 purchase of Neptune Technologies & Bioresources Inc., QC).
