Info: 90 Capsules

Some forms of Niacin cause a red flushing effect (particularly in the face), due to the dilation of blood vessels when it is consumed, but this type comes in a buffered form which is quite unlikely to produce that "niacin flush" in most people. The B3 is also complemented with other forms of vitamin B and additional co-factors in this product, for maximum absorption.

Product Notes:

Vitamin B3, nicotinic acid and niacin are needed for many aspects of health, growth, and reproduction. Vitamin B3 is known to lower cholesterol and triglycerides; promote relaxation; act as a mild growth hormone releaser; promote a healthier digestive system and skin; increase circulation; reduce blood pressure... and even facilitate orgasms!

This vitamin can be manufactured from the amino acid tryptophan which is present in some foods, but not everyone eats sufficient quantities of those, and if their diet is deficient in vitamins B1, B2, and B6, vitamin C, or iron, they cannot easily convert tryptophan to niacin, even if they do; hence, a supplement such as this may be necessary.
