Suggested Usage:
Take 1 capsule three times daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for prolonged use. Not to be taken on an empty stomach, as it may irritate ulcers.
Warnings:
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding; or after recent surgery.

Headaches, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. May cause bloating, cramping, and constipation.
