Omega-3 essential fatty acids have numerous health benefits when they're ingested, particularly for the mind and brain, when they're especially rich in EPA (EicosaPentaenoic Acid). They're present in many fish, but few of us want to eat fish as often as we might need to get all those benefits, and in fact we're usually advised not to, since the best fish sources of such oils often have too many toxic substances such as mercury in them from the waters they've been in or the ocean bottom-feeding food they've eaten.

- 100 mg Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)
- 90 mg Other Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Non-medicinal ingredients: soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), natural lemon flavour, vitamin E, rosemary extract.
Contains no gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colouring or flavouring.
Suggested Usage:
