Borage Oil is a nutritional oil rich in polyunsaturated fats (over 80%), containing the enhanced essential fatty acids Linoleic Acid and Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). Although our bodies can manufacture GLA from dietary linoleic acid, it can be more efficiently utilized when supplied directly by dietary sources.
