Beta-Carotene: 890 mcg
Vitamin B12: 0.96 mcg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
No wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients are used in production.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 to 6 tablets daily.
Or, for a source of green food, take 1 rounded teaspoon daily, mixed with water or juice.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Warnings:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Chlorella can cause diarrhea, abdominal cramping, flatus, or nausea.
