As part of the intracellular phosphatidylinositol second messenger system, inositol is linked to the mood-related serotonin, norepinephrine, and cholinergic receptors.
Choline and inositol can also help the liver metabolize cholesterol and fat, and inositol can move fat out of cells in the liver and intestine.

Choline (from Choline Bitartrate): 250 mg
Inositol (Zea mays - Corn): 250 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Capsule (gelatin, water), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Contains no: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives. Full potency guaranteed.
Suggested Usage:
Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with meals. Please store in a cool, dry place.
Warnings:
Do not use NOW Foods Choline & Inositol if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take this at the same time as supplemental calcium, zinc and/or iron, since Phytic acid (the form of inositol found in foods) may interfere with the absorption of minerals, especially calcium, zinc, and iron. May cause nausea, tiredness, headache, dizziness and gastrointestinal distress.
