Even though they're called gummies, these individually wrapped (in easy-to-puncture-open foil), fingertip-sized single dose servings are actually more like mini passion fruit puddings. They taste nice, only need a couple of chews, and slide right down, without getting stuck in your teeth like many normal gummies do. You only need to take one a day, since the 300 mg of EPA and 225 mg DHA they deliver are perfectly adequate for maintaining normal heart and brain function in healthy people, especially when they're in a Molecular Distilled Triglyceride form like this, for better absorption. They're even sugar-free (being lightly sweetened with xylitol and stevia, instead, which are better for the teeth) and are also Dairy-, Egg-, Gluten-, and Soy-Free).

Suggested Usage:
