These NOW Foods Softgels are enteric-coated to ensure the peppermint oil makes it to the intestines intact to help relieve bloating or discomfort, and the oil has also been supplemented with Fennel and Ginger for a synergistic effect.

Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha x piperita) (Leaf): 181 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water, carob extract), Soybean Oil, Fennel Oil, Ginger Oil and Enteric Coating (methacrylic acid copolymer, triethyl citrate, water).
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 softgel 3 times daily. Store in a cool, dry place.
Warnings:
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to using peppermint oil if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have anaemia, gallstones, hiatus hernia or gastroesophageal reflux. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience gastroesophageal reflux.
