Info: 10" long x 2.5" Diameter: Set of 4; Uses 1/4" Quick Connectors
Part of Omnipure's K-Series Inline Water Filters, the Model K2515-JJ accepts Quick Connect fittings which can be installed in just seconds. This multipurpose filter not only reduces chlorine (it will take out at least 75% and as much as 99% of the chlorine in your drinking water), tastes, odours, and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), but also adsorbs about 99% of any lead and nearly 100% of cysts. Some popular uses include as part of a multi-stage water purification system (where it would likely sit atop the other filters) or in certain fridges or ice making machines.

Specifications
Maximum Flow Rate: 0.5 GPM (2 LPM)
Maximum Operating Pressure: 125 PSIG
Operating Temperature: +2 to 38ºC (35-100ºF)
Rated Capacity: 1,250 gallons or 1 Year

- Standard 53 for Lead and Cyst reduction.
Construction: to avoid the need for glues or binders that could cause contamination, the cap and body of these cartridges have been spin welded together to produce a smooth, consistent seal.
Please note, this model is NOT the same as its 'sibling,' the K5515-P, which also has polyphosphate crystals to inhibit scale/corrosion.
Suggested Usage:
The Omnipure inline filters are designed to work in a single direction, which is from right to left, when oriented to the properly affixed labels (or from the 'fatter' end with the cap (ring) on, which is where the water inlet should connect, to the capless/skinnier end). Before installing the new cartridge in its final destination, flush it with 5 gallons of water, and check for leaks. (If leaks occur, check the tightness of your tubing and fittings.) Replace cartridge when the rated capacity is reached, or when the flow rate for the filtered water becomes too slow.
