Organic Traditions dries wheat grass in relatively low heat to preserve its nutrients, and juices it to make its cellulose fibres more digestible, before making it into a readily dissolved powder -- saving you all the trouble of trying to grow and/or juice fresh wheatgrass yourself.
Ingredients:
Certified Organic Wheat Grass Juice Powder (Triticum aestivum). A Vegan, Non-GMO, Kosher product.Suggested Usage:
Mix up to 1 tablespoon (1 to 3 teaspoons) into 8 to 16 ounces of water, coconut water, juices, smoothies or any recipe you want boosted with vibrant green nutrition.
You may want to begin with 1 teaspoon daily and increase to 3 teaspoons per day, whether in divided doses or at one time as 1 tablespoon, depending on how green you prefer your beverage to be.
You can also use it in pesto, raw vegetable soups, salad dressings, dips, and more.
Refrigeration not required. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
