Phillip Adam shampoos and conditioners all feature apple cider vinegar, which not only helps reduce sebum buildup control dandruff, but also provides an adjustable pH balance for clean, glossy, soft hair with a sparkle.
The entire Phillip Adam line of hair care is biodegradable, vegan and cruelty free, gluten-free, with no parabens or petroleum by-products, and it will not dull natural or colour-treated hair.
Each of these conditioners is designed to gently smooth and detangle the hair, control static electricity, and tame frizz, while also maintaining the pH balance in the hair and scalp, to produce salon-quality results.
The first four offered here are a lighter weight formula best suited for those with fine to normal hair. Those with dry, damaged, colour-treated, or frizzy and/or brittle hair, may be better off with the 'For Thirsty Hair' variety, which uses argan and moringa seed oil in addition to a variety of other herbs. It can tame and soften your hair, leaving it smooth and shiny, and is a great detangler as well. (Please see the video about it further down the page.) Finally, to help protect against split ends and control flyaway hair, the new water-based Leave In conditioners feature a special blend of jojoba oil and pea protein to hydrate, nourish, and revitalize the hair. These items are sulfate free and silicone free.

By and large, the regular conditioners share most of the same ingredients as appear in the fragrance-free version listed here, with the addition of some essential oils as scents in the scented types. Similarly, the three types of leave-in conditioners currently on offer all share the same base ingredients, and differ only in whether there is one or more final ingredient for the fragrance.

Phillip Adam Leave-In Conditioner, Fragrance Free: Aqua/Water, Cetrimonium Chloride, Cetearyl Alcohol, Vegetable Glycerin, Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Panthenol, Hydrolyzed Pea Protein, Sodium Levulinate, Potassium Sorbate, Behentrimonium Chloride, Apple Cider Vinegar, Citric Acid.
The Apple Cider Vinegar and Orange Vanilla types add either Apple Extract Fragrance or Citrus sinsensis (Blood Orange) and Vanilla planifolia as the final ingredient to that, for fragrance.
Suggested Usage:
Gentle enough for daily use by the whole family. Suitable for all ages, including toddlers.
Regular Conditioners with Apple Cider Vinegar: These conditioners work best when applied concentrating on the ends of hair, avoiding the roots. Wait for a few minutes before rinsing. DO NOT rinse them out completely - leave a small amount in to help detangle and maintain moisture in the hair. For very damaged hair, comb conditioner through hair, and follow by rinsing very lightly.
Conditioner for Thirsty Hair: for best results, leave it in for a minute before rinsing.
Leave-In Conditioners: shake bottle lightly, and spray onto freshly washed hair. No need to rinse.
