In addition to being a proven fat-fighter and effective anti-inflammatory, taking spirulina as a regular supplement can also remove toxins which have accumulated in the body, for a safe daily cleansing. Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 rounded teaspoon (about 4 g) twice a day (mix in water or juice) with a meal, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place.
