Product Notes:
Pure Tranquility Liquid is a blend of GABA, which inhibits the neurotransmitters underlying vigilance states like increased muscle tension, feelings of anxiety, nervousness and stress, to induce a more relaxed brainwave state; Glycine, another calming ingredient that also functions as an inhibitory neurotransmitter to reduce core body temperature; and L-theanine, which enhances alpha wave production safely without causing drowsiness.
Some users attest that the dose about an hour before bed calms them down and makes it easier to get to sleep, while others note it shortens the time it takes to fall back asleep after waking up in the middle of the night.

25 mg GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid)

Suggested Usage:
