Rice bran solubles pack a serious nutritional punch. While white rice has been stripped of most of its natural nutrition, this supplement is made solely from the nutritionally dense bran -- but only the soluble portion, with the carbohydrate and fibre components removed. Unlike many other superfoods, it contains all forms of vitamin E (tocopherols and tocotrienols). This is nature's most nutrient-dense superfood!
Deliciously nutty, chewy rice bran solubles also naturally contain vitamins A, C, D, nearly all varieties the B vitamins, folate, biotin, choline, inositol, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, iodine, trace minerals, and well over 100 antioxidants.
Rice bran solubles are one of the most nutritious superfood complexes available, containing nearly all the nutrients and antioxidants your body requires including all eight isomers of vitamin e (tocopherols and tocotrienols), gamma oryzanol, lipoic acid and healthy EFAs including linolenic acid. Sometimes called tocos powder, rice bran solubles are nature's richest source of immune system balancing plant sterols.
Produced without chemicals, this amazing water-soluble fraction of stabilized rice bran blends and dissolves quickly and easily in green super food drinks, smoothies, vegetable and fruit juices, and is one the most nutritionally complete superfoods. Rice bran solubles are a powerful bio-available source of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids, phytonutrients, protein, and fibre.

This supplement should generally be taken with food, with a fat-containing meal, or just after you eat, as the fat present in food can maximize the absorption of the antioxidants and fat soluble nutrients (including the 8 isomers of vitamin e and lipoic acid) that naturally occur. Combining rice bran solubles with fish oil flax oil, or coconut oil is also recommended. Since heat kills many valuable nutrients, cooking is not generally recommended. Easily mixed in with smoothies and other drinks, you can also try sprinkling it on desserts, blending it in yogurt, cereals, or even eat it straight from the container.
