Suggested Usage:
Advanced Whitening Toothpaste: Adults and children 2 years of age and older: brush teeth for 2 minutes, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by your dentist.
Dental Grade Professional Strength Cleaning + Polishing Prophylaxis Paste: As a Whitening Prep, brush thoroughly with it for 2 minutes twice daily, for up to five days, prior to using the gel. Apply 2 small pea-sized amounts on a toothbrush each time. To maintain the whiteness after the whitening treatments are over, add a single pea-sized amount to your toothpaste as needed (perhaps one to three times weekly).
Dental Grade Whitening Gel, 4 Syringe Refill Kit: Use as a refill for the SD Naturals LED Whitening kits, or with your own custom dental trays.
Professional Strength Multi-Use Whitening and Aftercare Gel: Use either as a refill for the Spa Dent Naturals home kits; or for your own custom dental mouth trays; or to brush directly on your orthodontic devices to prevent white spots at adhesion points; or as a nightly toothpaste booster (simply combine some with your regular toothpaste on your toothbrush prior to brushing: their graphic indicates about a 4 to 1 ratio of toothpaste to gel on the brush head). One 50 ml pump-action container of this Professional Strength Whitening Gel can provide somewhere between 25 to 30 Upper and Lower Tray applications at the suggested amounts, or somewhere between 250 to 300 Brush applications (when used as directed).
Professional Strength Whitening Pen: Simply use the pen to apply the gel onto the teeth, and keep your lips open to smile for 30 seconds. There is enough gel in the pen for 30 applications.
Professional Teeth Whitening Kit: Detailed directions are included in the kit, but there are just three basic steps: place some whitening gel in the mouth tray; put the tray in your mouth (and slosh it around a bit, to coat your teeth in the gel); and keep it there for 20 minutes to enable it to work.
Light Activated Professional Teeth Whitening Kit with Dual-Arch Tray: First, attach the light to the mouth tray. Then, fill the tray with the whitening gel, using a syringe. Then simply place the tray (but not the light) in the mouth, gently bite down on it move it around a bit to spread the gel around the teeth, and turn on the light. Then just sit back and relax and let the whitening proceed, for 20 minutes. (As shown in the video, and, again, there are also more detailed directions in the actual kits.)

Warnings:

Do NOT smoke, drink or eat while bleaching your teeth. If irritation (such as redness, swelling, soreness) of the gums or the mouth occurs, discontinue use for 24 hours and consult a dentist. Use for periods of longer than 14 days is to be only under the supervision of a dentist.
Avoid direct contact of the active surface of the tooth whitening product with the gums and/or salivary flow. Avoid contact of the product with eye.
