Suggested Usage:
Arrange on your favourite chair or atop the covers of your bed. Select the setting (energize, relax, de-stress, or sleep), adjust vibration intensity, volume and set the timer. Each setting features three specific music tracks with familiar and comforting sounds from nature. You can loop all three, or select only one to repeat.
