Product Notes:
In maintenance doses, triphala can normalize the intestines, making you less prone to having poor digestion, chronic constipation or diarrhea, and more likely to have well-formed and complete stools. It also provides nutrients: e.g., its amla or Indian gooseberry ingredient has twenty times as much vitamin C as oranges.
