St. Francis Herb Farm's Virafect (Andrographis Combo) has been formulated to help shorten the duration of upper respiratory tract infections (colds and flu) and to help relieve the symptoms of viral respiratory infections, such as sore throat and fever. Its leading active ingredient is Andrographis, which has been used as an immune-stimulant and infection fighter in the Far East for a very long time, and that's been complemented by four other herbs to bolster those antimicrobial properties and add anti-inflammatory ones.
