Suggested Usage:
Pour 240 ml freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract. For the Cold Formula, it's also recommended to add honey to enhance benefits, especially in dry climates. The frequencies for recommended usage vary between 1 or 2 cups a day to 4 to 6, depending on the type, age, and condition. Many types are only recommended for those who are at least 12 years old.
