Trophic's Calcium Magnesium or Cal Mag 1:2 is a synergistic combination of two essential major minerals in an optimum natural ratio, not only to help build and maintain healthy teeth and bones, but also to play important roles in helping regulate metabolism, blood clotting, nerve transmission and the heartbeat.
Product Notes:
Cal Mag 1:2 is produced in Trophic's unique Albion Laboratories' Chelazome process, in which the minerals are chelated by amino acids, peptides and polypeptides, to facilitate their being more readily absorbed in the small intestine.

Calcium bisglycinate: 275 mg
Magnesium bisglycinate/Magnesium oxide: 550 mg
Providing:
Elemental Calcium: 50 mg
Elemental Magnesium: 100 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate.
No added yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, corn, sugar, dairy, artificial colours, preservatives, or animal products.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take four capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Warnings:
If taking other medications, avoid using Trophic Cal Mag 1:2 two hours or less prior to taking them; and if you take the other medications first, wait four hours before taking this supplement. Ingesting over 350 mg of elemental magnesium a day may cause diarrhea in some individuals.
