Each 15 ml Tablespoon of liquid Max Mag contains:
200 mg Magnesium (Magnesium Bisglycinate)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Purified water, glycerin, concentrated apple juice, xylitol, DL-malic acid, natural lemonade flavour, natural raspberry flavour, potassium sorbate.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: take one tablespoon (15 ml) one to two times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Adolescents (9 to 18 years): take one tablespoon (15 ml) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
It may be taken with water or juice.
Warnings:
Keep Trophic Max Mag out of reach of children. Doses of 351 mg or more may cause diarrhea in certain people.
