Suggested Usage:
For aromatherapy use. Not for oral use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive or almond prior to use. Please consult a professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios and recipes.
For occasional topical use, NOW suggests mixing 1 drop into 5 mL (one teaspoon) of carrier oil prior to applying on the skin - do not use undiluted. Do not use on broken, irritated, or sensitive skin. Apply to a small body area only, 1 to 3 times per day. Rub into the skin until it vanishes. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.
