Suggested Usage:
For aromatherapy use. For occasional topical use, NOW suggests mixing 5 drop into 5 ml (one teaspoon) of carrier oil prior to applying on the skin - do not use undiluted. Apply to a small body area only, 1 to 3 times per day. Rub into the skin until it vanishes. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.
