Suggested Usage:
For aromatherapy use. Not for oral use.
For occasional topical use, NOW suggests mixing 5 drops into 5 ml (one teaspoon) of carrier oil prior to applying on the skin - do not use undiluted. Do not use on broken, irritated, or sensitive skin. Apply to a small body area only, 1 to 3 times per day. Rub into the skin until it vanishes. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.

Keep out of reach of children. Seek urgent attention or contact a Poison Control Centre if accidental ingestion occurs. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use on broken, irritated, or sensitive skin. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have epilepsy or asthma. Stop use if you experience nausea, dizziness, headache, an allergic reaction, or skin irritation. Do not expose the applied area(s) to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after applying to skin.
