Glutamine aids in the digestive process by protecting the mucosal lining of the stomach and the intestines which may aid individuals with leaky gut syndrome, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease and other gastrointestinal disorders. Glutamine is also considered a "conditionally essential" amino acid as during certain periods of stress, the body may need more glutamine than it is able to produce naturally; therefore making glutamine an appropriate candidate for supplementation.

Suggested Usage:Powder (NPN 80003423): Adults: Take 1 teaspoon in juice, 2 to 3 times daily.
500 mg Capsules (NPN: 80002659): Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily, between meals.
