Suggested Usage:
For aromatherapy use. Add to a diffuser or create your own room spray by adding up to 30 drops to 30 mL of water in a spray bottle.
For occasional topical use, NOW suggests mixing 5 drop into 5 ml (one teaspoon) of carrier oil prior to applying on the skin - do not use undiluted. Apply to a small body area only, 1 to 3 times per day. Rub into the skin until it vanishes. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.
Warnings:
Do not use Lime Oil if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Seek urgent medical attention or contact a poison control centre if accidental ingestion occurs. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have epilepsy or asthma. Stop use if you experience nausea, dizziness, headache, an allergic reaction, or skin irritation. Avoid sun exposure on areas of the skin with this oil on it.
