Methylation is a normal biological process which occurs constantly in healthy people. It's an important step in converting homocysteine -- a damaging amino acid produced in our metabolism when protein is broken down, which may damage arterial walls and cause plaque formation and increase the risks of heart attacks and strokes and Alzheimer's disease, if it persists in high concentrations -- into methionine, a far safer amino acid.
Methylation is also required for DNA repair, and for producing SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine: which helps maintain healthy joint tissue), and for normal lipid metabolism and liver detoxification. But methylation can be inhibited by poor or inadequate diets and unhealthy lifestyle practices, and some types of supplements may end up depriving you of methyl groups, which this can help replenish.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Tablet Coating (hypromellose, stearic acid, sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 3 tablets 1 – 2 times daily, preferably with meals. Keep bottle tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry place.
