Organic Valerian, Lemon Balm & Hops* can be used either as mild sedative during the day to stave off anxiety, or to help get to sleep, if you are being troubled by your thoughts or stress. *(The American Herbalist Matthew Wood has described hops as being well-suited to those with intense personalities and strong emotions that have led to nervous exhaustion, insomnia, and worry.)

Each ml contains (each type in a 1:4 extract):
125 mg Certified Organic Valerian (Valerian officinalis) root.
80 mg Certified Organic Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) aerial parts
72 mg Certified Organic Hops (Humulus lupulus) strobiles.
Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% Certified Organic Non-GMO Cane Alcohol, distilled water.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 2-3 ml, one to three times daily. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for three weeks.
