Suggested Usage:
Adults: Mix 2 scoops (about 30g) with 200-250 ml of water, juice, or other preferred beverage, in a blender or a shaker cup. Alternatively, add 1/4 cup of fruit (either fresh or frozen), and blend at high speed for 30 seconds, for a shake. Or add powder to either hot or cold cereals (but stir well).
