Are you increasingly more forgetful or finding it difficult to stay focused without losing your train of thought? That "brain fog" you're under may be due to chronic low-grade inflammation lingering long after an injury or infection has abated. Help lift the fog with Ginkgo Complete, a blend of four herbal medicines backed by scientific studies showing they can help certain aspects of cognitive performance and reduce neuroinflammation.
Product Notes:
The Ginkgo Combo for Brain Health is a combination of three herbs with hundreds if not thousands of years of traditional use for improving memory and cognitive performance, which modern scientific studies now identify as "nootropic" or cognition-enhancing agents able to affect neurotransmitters (especially acetylcholine), provide antioxidant protection, and/or improve blood and nutrient flow to the brain:
Ginkgo biloba, of course, plus Panax Ginseng (also known as Chinese, Asian, or Korean Red ginseng), which each comprise about one third of the present formula); as well as Bacopa monnieri (also known as Brahmi, which accounts for about 1/5th of its volume).
It also contains Rosemary, for the remaining 11%, which turns out to have anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, and acetylcholine- and memory-enhancing benefits, as well, particularly at lower doses.
Of course, you should not rely on this supplement alone but should also review other factors that may be inducing your memory lapses or brain fog, and may well need to improve your diet and/or supplement with key nutrients like Vitamin B-12 and/or take measures to get more sleep, and more exercise, or look into cutting back on or switching medications, among other things. For a good overview of some of the many causes of brain fog by a respected neuro-psychologist, please see the video referenced at the end of the Supporting Science section below.
