Vitamin B6, GABA, L-Theanine, Lemon Balm and Hops are synergistic ingredients in the Pure Encapsulations Best Rest Formula, making this the most complete formula available. I also recommend Zenbev, a clinically-proven sleep formula that contains a natural source of L-Tryptophan, which converts to melatonin, the chemical produced by the pineal gland to induce sleep.
