Rather than just being an extract of certain select active ingredients, which your body may or may not be able to fully process on its own and may miss out on some other active ingredients, this plant juice version presents the full range of the plant's components in their natural balance in their most biologically available form.

Ingredients:
Each 5 ml contains:
5 ml Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root pressed juice, from organic cultivation.
Non-medicinal ingredients: None. Contains no alcohol, preservatives or additives. Gluten free and lactose free.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 5ml (or 1/4 of a measuring cap full - a measuring cap is included) 1 to 2 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Take a single dose (5ml) 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. If you find that does not suffice, next time, take an earlier dose (5ml) a couple of hours prior to bedtime if necessary, followed by another closer to bedtime. Do not take more than 1/2 measuring capful (10ml) per day.
Store in a cool, dry place to begin with. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 weeks after opening.
Warnings:
Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
Some people may experience drowsiness; exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
