B Vitamins
The B vitamin family is composed of 8 water soluble vitamins, plus other compounds with biologically similar roles. B vitamins have many functions, including red blood cell formation, boosting the immune system, and metabolizing fats, proteins and carbohydrates and converting them to cellular energy. Aviva offers all the individual types, as well their combinations (as B Complex supplements). Various forms of Vitamin B are available in capsules, tablets and liquids.Â
B-Vitamin Types: B1 - thiamine, B2 - riboflavin, B3 - niacin, B5 - pantothenic acid, B6 - pyridoxine / pyridoxal / pyridoxamine, B7 - biotin, B9 - folate, B12 - cobalamin.
