Vitamin A

Vitamin A consists of beta-carotene (provitamin A) and a group of fat-soluble retinoids. Vitamin A is an antioxidant, and has a role in supporting the immune system, bone development, reproductive function, and maintaining the integrity of the mucosal and epithelial linings, and is a component of the light-absorbing protein in our retina's rod cells.

Aviva offers several types of Vitamin A supplements to help with vision and other issues. In addition to supplements, Vitamin A is also used in some skin care products.
