Based in Laval, Quebec, Airpura has been manufacturing air purifiers since 2004. Indoor air can contain far more pollutants than outdoor air, and Airpura's line of air filtration systems have true HEPA filters that can remove up to 99.97% of foreign particles from the air (or even 99.99%, if equipped with their new Super HEPA filters). Their filters are also quite massive, compared to some companies, with far more capacity, such that their HEPA Filters last some 3 to 5 years (depending on the usage) and their Carbon Filters, 2 years.
